CONTEXT: The RGB has suggested a .75-1.75% rent increase for 1-year leases and 1.75-3.75% rent increase for 2-year leases. We are advocating for the lowest possible rent increases for 1 and 2 year leases. You all know the fight to prevent displacement which is tied to the rent increases so I won't stress any more how important this hearing is to you and your neighbors. We need EVERYONE to attend and to testify!
