New York's rent laws will expire on June 15th, 2019. Join us on May 14th at the State Capitol as we give our elected officials a 30 Days Notice to pass Universal Rent Control!

We are tired of greedy landlords evicting tenants, raising rent, and displacing families. We will not accept the Governor and legislators valuing real estate money over the lives of tenants and New Yorkers.

We will hold a rally and a march at the capitol as we let New York legislators and landlords know that housing is a human right.
